Los Cabos Mexican Restaurant Recipe
1 oz. Tequila Blanco
1/2 oz. Kahlua
6 oz. Black coffee
Take a large glass and dip the edge of the glass in water and then in sugar. Put the glass above the flame to caramelize the sugar rim. Flambe the tequila & Kahlua and serve in glass with the sugar rim. Add black coffee and whipped cream, and then top with cinnamon.
