Pancheros Copycat Recipe

2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground chipotle chile powder
32 peeled and deveined large shrimp (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1 teaspoon olive oil

Notes: These tacos are filled with cilantro and lime rice, crisp lettuce, cheese, and seared shrimp scampi. To top off the taco creations, guests can choose from an array of mild to hot salsas such as the mild ancho salsa and the hot tomatillo salsa, to heat up their tacos to perfection. Along with the classic limited time taco offering, patrons can choose to put the grilled shrimp into a burrito or burrito bowl with the classic Pancheros fillings.
