Rio Bravo Garlic Butter Shrimp


SHRIMP with BUTTER GARLIC SAUCE
Rio Bravo Recipe

6 medium sized shrimp 16/20
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup chicken stock (with a teaspoon of corn starch)
1/4 cup white wine
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Saute the shrimp in the olive oil until shrimp are pink. Add the rest of ingredients and saute a  couple of more minutes. Serve with slices of garlic bread.
