El Pollo Loco Copycat Recipe
1/4 cup corn oil
5 whole serrano chilies
2 teaspoons ground serrano chilies
1 (28 oz.) can pinto beans, drained
3/4 cup water
Heat oil in large saucepan. Add whole chilies. Cook until tender. Add ground chilies, beans and water. Stir well. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Simmer 17 minutes, stirring often.
