Rubio's New Items:

  • Smoky Oaxacan Shrimp Taco (pictured): Pan seared shrimp marinated in a blend of chipotle, Anaheim, ancho and guajillo chiles on warm tortillas, topped with melted cheese, Hass avocado slices, cilantro onion mix, cabbage and chipotle white sauce
  • Smoky Oaxacan Burrito: Pan seared shrimp marinated in a blend of chipotle, Anaheim, ancho and guajillo chiles, with guacamole, citrus rice, black beans, creamy chipotle sauce and grilled vegetables including peppers, onions and zucchini wrapped in a tortilla
