Enchilada Lovers Casserole



ENCHILADA LOVERS CASSEROLE
On the Border Recipe

6 servings

1 cup On The Border salsa
1 bag On The Border tortilla chips
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (15 oz.) jar On The Border Monterrey Jack queso
4 ounces green chilies, chopped
2 cups chicken, diced

Combine salsa, milk, chilies, cheese and chicken in saucepan. Heat until cheese is melted.
Fill an 8 x 8 pan with tortilla chips. Pour sauce over chips and place at 350 degrees until bubbly.

Note: You can buy On The Border's salsa in the grocery store.
