Peach and Berries Cobbler



PEACH AND BERRIES COBBLER
Z'Tejas Recipe

2 1/2 pounds peaches and frozen berries. You can use blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, or strawberries.
1 pie shell
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 pound butter, softened

Distribute fruit evenly into pie shell. Fruit should not be defrosted. In a large bowl, use your hands to mix butter, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg until crumbs form. Do not let crumbs powder. Put crumbs on top of the fruit in the pie shell/ Bake at 300 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, until cobbler starts to bubble inside. Remove from oven and cool before eating.
