Refried Bean Nachos



REFRIED BEAN NACHOS
Mexican Restaurant Recipe

4 (8 in) flour tortillas
butter flavored spray
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 (16 oz) can refried beans
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 large tomato, chopped
4 green onion, chopped
1/2 cup salsa

Spritz one side of each tortilla with the butter spray. Combine the cumin, coriander, chili powder and cayenne pepper.  Sprinkle over the tortillas. Cut each into 12 wedges and pladce in a single layer on a large baking sheet.  Bake at 425 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned.  Meanwhile, in a microwave safe bowl, heat the refried beans on high for 1-2 minutes or until warm.  Arrage the baked tortillas on serving plates and top with the beans, cheese, tomatoes and onions. Serve with salsa.
