Pumpkin Sangria: Choice of Sauvignon Blanc or Merlot combined with apple and cranberry juices, Absolut Vanilla and pumpkin purée 
Whisky-Rita: Jack Daniels, triple sec and citrus topped with Grand Marnier
Pomegranate Cinnamon Proseccorita (pictured): Cuervo Cinge, triple sec, pomegranate juice and citrus topped with a mini split of Prosecco

  • Piña Fresca: Muddled pineapple and basil, mango purée, lime juice, Sauza Blue Tequila and elderflower liqueur
  • Ancho Watermelon Chiller (pictured): Watermelon muddled with jalapeño slices, Toto’s Vodka, ginger, Ancho Reyes Liqueur and Cointreau
  • Blood Orange Martini: Tito’s Vodka, Cointreau and blood orange mix, garnished with a Boston Fruit Slice candy

  • Mayan Punch (pictured): Parrot Bay Coconut Rum, Midori, banana purée and pineapple juice topped with a floater of Myer’s Dark Rum, served in a tiki glass
  • Moscow Mule: Tito’s Vodka, house-made ginger beer and lime juice in a copper mug
  • Baja Burro: 1800 Coconut tequila, house-made ginger beer and lime juice in a copper mug
  • Coconut Proseccorita: A Margarita made with 1800 Coconut tequila and topped with an inverted miniature bottle of Prosecco, garnished with toasted coconut bar sugar

Margaritas Mexican Restaurant New Items:

  • Braised Beef Grilled Burrito: Braised beef, caramelized onions and Chihuahua cheese in a grilled flour tortilla, served with fries
  • Queso al Horno: Corn, roasted poblano peppers and Chihuahua cheese baked until bubbling and then flambeed with Jose Cuervo Tradicional Tequila 
  • Mayan Shrimp Salad: Romaine, orange slaw, red cabbage, black bean salsa and diced avocado with tequila lime dressing, topped with shrimp that’s dusted in a blend of salt, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, black pepper and chili powder before being lightly fried and tossed with chipotle aïoli, 
  • Juan’s Enchiladas (pictured): Two corn tortillas stuffed with chicken and a mixture of corn, roasted poblano peppers and Chihuahua cheese, baked and covered with tomatillo sauce, melted cheese, onions and cilantro, served with Mexican rice and black beans
  • Goat Cheese Guacamole (pictured): Guacamole with crumbled goat cheese

Short Rib Tacos: Dos Equis braised short ribs with roasted onions and peppers and poblano crema on grilled flour tortillas
Short Ribs and Sweet Potatoes (pictured): Dos Equis braised short ribs with roasted onions and peppers in sweet tomatillo sauce, drizzled with crema and served with roasted sweet potatoes
Strawberry Cinnamon Margarita: Cuervo Cinge Cinnamon Tequila, Triple Sec, strawberry puree and sour mix, topped with a cinnamon stick and served on the rocks in a glass with a cinnamon sugar rim
