Moe's Southwest Grill Restaurant Copycat Recipe
5 tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, rinsed well and chopped
1/4 cup sweet white onion, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon jalapeno, diced
1/2 lime, juiced
2 teaspoons southwest seasoning
Drain the chopped tomatoes in a colander. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Let sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour to let the flavors combine. Makes 7 cups.
