1 1/2 cups leftover pinto beans, seasoned cooked
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 cup olive oil (plus more if needed)
In a food processor, puree all ingredients except the olive oil. While the processor is running, drizzle the olive oil until the hummus is smooth and to the preferred texture. Serve with chips, vegetables, or on burgers.
