Moe's Southwest Grill Restaurant Copycat Recipe

3 (11 oz.) cans tomatillos
1/2 small white onion
3/4 cup cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 jalapenos, medium seeded and chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt

Chop onion and pepper into chunks that the food processor can better handle. Place all ingredients in the food processor or blender and pulse to your desired consistency. . Place in bowl and cover with saran wrap, then place in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to blend for at least a half an hour. Just add your favorite tortilla chips.
